Acro Pop-up Class T&Cs:

1. Non-refundable class fees 

Strictly no refunds on booked classes. However, rescheduling to another class is allowed if unwell. Kindly provide an MC to reschedule. No-shows will be considered as a forfeit of the Class. 
 

2. Photography & Media

By participating in the recital, the Parent/Guardian consents to the Studio photographing, filming and recording the Student during classes, rehearsals & performances, for administrative, educational, archival and promotional purposes, including publication on the Studio’s website, social media platforms and marketing materials.

3. Liability & Indemnity

The Studio shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from: (a) the inherent risks of dance and physical activities; (b) any failure by the Student or Parent/Guardian to comply with these Terms or disclose relevant medical information; (c) the loss of or damage to personal belongings on the Studio’s or Recital venue's premises; or (d) any indirect or consequential loss.
